We got quotes from a handful of companies in the area and Jarrod was not only the most affordable, but was the only one that drove 45 minutes each way for an in person quote and measurements. Jarrod grew up in East Tennessee and is an honest family man that tries his best to do old fashioned good, honest work.

Called to get the garage doors reprogrammed and a little TLC to our newly purchased home. Jarrod was able to come out quickly and was on-time (to the minute!) He was able to get the garage doors working properly and reprogram all remotes and keypads. Super friendly, professional, and highly recommend!!

What an awesome service! I contacted them about my garage door to my home not opening properly and was contacted immediately by Vickie about when they could come out. They were very straight forward about pricing (Way better than competition) and also were very timely. Vickie scheduled and confirmed the appointment, and called and texted before Jarrod was coming. He came out and completed it quickly and efficiently, and even waited a few minutes for me to get home to look at it before the left . I ended up asking for a couple extra things to happen and Jarrod took care of me. Didn’t try to over charge, didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. This is what you are looking for! They will be getting my commercial business as well in the future.

I would not hesitate to recommend Jarrod with C & B Garage Doors LLC. I purchased a garage door twice from Lowe’s and Home Depot just to come home and find them both cracked. Jarrod had come by twice to install the doors. He was on time and very professional. I trusted he would come back a third time to install my door so I just ordered the door from him which I should have done from the beginning. And soon and the door arrived he brought in and I stalled it a long with the opener. He never complained, was patient and very pleasant to speak and work with. I Would definitely use him again for future services.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I have to on this one. I contacted them on Friday to ask about a problem I was having. Within a few minutes they responded. We scheduled a day and time, they were here right on time. Jarrod is very knowledgeable, very professional. He took the time to answer all my questions. He done the job quickly & at a honest price. He showed up right on time . Did a great job of installing my door opener .He replaced some rollers , lubricated and adjusted the spring tension on the garage door . My 25 year old door is smoother and quieter than when new . Definitely my garage door guy if I have trouble in the future .

Great guy, honest and on time. Installed my garage doors that another installer only partially did. Fixed issues and was fair priced. I would recommend any day and twice on Sunday but I don't think he does Sunday!
